1. Project Analysis
Project analysis is not only understanding your stated needs, but carrying out analysis beyond that to provide solutions designed to enhancing your business needs and practices.
We conduct a comprehensive study of the processes involved and give our input on the components of your business that can be handle by our offshore team. It is our experience that customers tend to underestimate the extent and nature of work that can be handled. A strategy is devised that will fulfill immediate requirements, or if chosen, can be carried further to provide solutions to expand and increase your business. Impact analysis is conducted to further aid in risk reduction for the process as a whole.
2. Pilot Project
GLOBALITE establishes proof of concept even before you enter a formal arrangement by conducting a pilot project. This will clearly define parameters of quality, productivity, turn around time, and cost efficiency.
We strive to exceed expectations right from this stage. This is the point where customers realize the enormous potential of offshoring when they see the value that is created.
Typically, a pilot program is carried out over a 30 day period, but this could vary depending on the service you are seeking.
3. Transition Management
We have a defined process in place to ensure flawless performance during the critical phase of migrating customer processes to offshore locations. The challenges in this stage are different from actual execution. We have created a specialized team who will work with you and the execution team to make sure that standards and efficiency do not drop. Defining Service Level Agreements (SLAs), which commit to mutually agreed upon levels of quality and productivity, are established at this stage. Hereafter; schedules, finalization of the contract, and the facilitation of customer visits will occur if required.
4. Program Management
At GLOBALITE, program management is carried out at two levels. At the execution level we supervise the program to ensure that agreed upon parameters of quality, productivity, and turn around time are met.
